Built In-House, to Your Drawing Set

Not every structure fits an off-the-shelf part. Our in-house welding and fabrication shop in Panki, Kanpur builds custom brackets, frames and machine components to the same drawings used for the rest of the installation. This capability is what separates a true turnkey partner from a mere equipment assembler. When your racking layout calls for a non-standard column spacing to accommodate an existing fire-sprinkler drop, or your conveyor elevation requires a transition frame that no catalogue lists, we do not force a compromise or a costly redesign of the entire warehouse grid. Instead, our Panki shop fires up the plasma tables and welding stations to produce exactly what the structural drawings specify—down to the millimetre. Our fabrication facility is equipped with heavy-duty press brakes, CNC-controlled cutting beds, and multi-process welding rigs capable of handling mild steel, stainless, and abrasion-resistant grades. Every custom bracket we produce begins with the same 3D model that our engineering team used for your racking and automation layouts, ensuring that bolt-hole patterns, gusset placements, and mounting faces align perfectly with the rest of the structure. We do not re-engineer on the fly or guess clearances; we simply translate the digital twin into physical steel, with full traceability from raw material batch to final weld inspection. Each component undergoes dye-penetrant or magnetic-particle testing where specified, and we maintain a strict dimensional sign-off protocol so that a bracket fabricated for a drive-in rail in week one will match its twin produced in week twelve without variation.
