Designed for Your Load, Not a Catalogue

Racking is only as good as the load calculation behind it. We size selective, pallet, drive-in and slotted-angle systems to your actual floor load, aisle width and SKU mix — then fabricate and install the structure ourselves. This end-to-end control isn't just a convenience; it's a safeguard. When you depend on third-party suppliers for component sizing or outsourced installers for assembly, critical tolerances can slip. A beam that's under-specified by even a few hundred kilograms, a baseplate that doesn't fully account for dynamic braking forces from your forklift fleet, or an anchor pattern that ignores the slab's rebar layout—these are not theoretical risks. They become real-world bottlenecks, safety hazards, and reasons for premature structural fatigue. Our process begins with a site audit that goes far beyond a simple warehouse walkthrough. We capture peak seismic and wind loads, measure floor flatness and thickness, and document every narrow-aisle turn radius and charging-station location. With that data in hand, our engineering team runs finite-element models for each rack configuration. For selective racks, we optimize beam levels to match the weight and footprint of your heaviest pallets while still allowing fork-clearance for side-shift attachments. For drive-in systems, we calculate the optimal rail pitch so that your LIFO (last-in, first-out) operation doesn't sacrifice retrieval speed. And for slotted-angle shelving, we map each bin's access frequency so that high-turnover SKUs sit at ergonomic pick heights, reducing operator strain and travel time.
