Four disciplines. One drawing set.

Storage racking, access & shutters, automation, and fabrication — engineered together so nothing on the floor fights something else.

Industrial Storage Racks

Racking is only as good as the load calculation behind it. We size selective, pallet, drive-in and slotted-angle systems to your actual floor load, aisle width and SKU mix — then fabricate and install the structure ourselves.

  • Selective, pallet & drive-in racking configurations
  • Mezzanine floors for cubic-space expansion
  • Slotted-angle & light-duty shelving for small-parts storage
  • Layouts engineered to floor load, column grid and aisle width

Roller Shutters & Access Systems

Loading bays and warehouse entries take more daily cycles than almost any other component on site. We build heavy-duty rolling shutters and dock-level access systems sized for continuous industrial use, not retail-grade hardware.

  • Heavy-duty rolling shutters for warehouse & factory openings
  • Dock-level access & loading bay systems
  • Manual and motorised operation options
  • Built for high-cycle, continuous industrial use

Warehouse & Factory Automation

Once the structure is right, automation is what reduces manual handling on top of it — conveyor runs between racking zones, gear-driven transfer systems, and material handling built to match your actual throughput rather than a generic spec sheet.

  • Conveyor systems linking storage & dispatch zones
  • Gear-driven material handling & transfer systems
  • Integration with existing racking & floor layout
  • Sized to real throughput, not a catalogue default

Custom Metal Fabrication

Not every structure fits an off-the-shelf part. Our in-house welding and fabrication shop in Panki, Kanpur builds custom brackets, frames and machine components to the same drawings used for the rest of the installation.

  • In-house welding & structural steel fabrication
  • Custom brackets, frames & machine components
  • Finishing to match site & equipment requirements
  • Built to the same drawing set as the installation

Not Sure Which You Need?

Most projects use two or three of these together — which is exactly why we don't sell them separately.

EX. 01

New warehouse fit-out

Storage racking + access shutters, designed against the same floor survey.

EX. 02

Scaling fulfilment volume

Racking reconfigured alongside a conveyor line to raise throughput without new floor space.

EX. 03

Retrofitting an old plant

Custom fabrication to fit automation into a structure that wasn't built for it.
